My philosophy is based on a proposition that “Teaching is about Learning”. This means that to improve teaching I must focus on the learning needs of the future that will be shaped by today’s students Each class has its own unique community; our role as the Lecturer will be to assist each student in developing their own potential and learning styles. we will give a curriculum that will include each varying learning style, as well as make the content relevant to the students' lives. we will incorporate hands-on learning, projects, cooperative learning, group, and individual work that engage and activate students learning.
