On Kurdistan Flag Day, the National Institute of Technology organized a series of meaningful activities. The event began with a welcoming speech by Professor Dr. Hakim Osman, Rector of the Institute, highlighting the importance of the flag and its role in representing the Kurdish nation. Later, the renowned Kurdish poet, Mr. Muhammad Pakzh, presented patriotic poems dedicated to the Kurdistan flag. This was followed by a seminar delivered by Mr. Bakhtiar Khidr, focusing on the history and significance of the flag. The celebration concluded in the institute’s garden, where students raised the Kurdistan flag while singing the national anthem “Ey Reqîb,” symbolizing pride and unity.
